Supervised Daily
All guards will be supervised daily by operation officer, patrol officer and Operation
Manager.

Monitor & Ensure
The Officer and patroller will visit all the posts daily to monitor and ensure the guards attendance, appearance and implementation of duties carried perfectly and follow client procedure.
Replace
The officer and patroller will get buffer to replace any vacant post due to guards absence or resign
Recorded
The officer and patroller will do a regular visit at post and will recorded post visitation form.
Feedback
The officer visit client regularly for service feedback and continuous improvement.
CONTROL MONITORING SYSTEM
Operation monitoring is managed by Operation Control Centre which set up in Head Office. Daily information from all branches and district will be reported to this control centre.
